HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.20959 of 2018 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) After some argument, counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a representation against the vacancy arose due to the retirement of one K.Markandeya Sarma on 30th June 2018.

Permission is granted.

The petitioner shall make his representation within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The decision on such representation shall be taken by the competent authority within three weeks thereafter, and it shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week from the date of taking decision.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
