When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from the petitioner in spite of addressing several letters to her and the notice is returned un-served. The petitioner is not showing interest as the writ petition has become infructuous. Sri V.Kishore, learned Standing Counsel appeared for respondents 1 and 3.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, as the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the writ petition. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
