HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.36629 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as Assistant Grade-III in the 1st respondent Corporation in the year 1982 and his services were regularized on 08.10.1982. He was promoted as Assistant Grade-II in the year 2006 and he was further promoted as Assistant Grade-I in the year 2011. When he was working as Assistant Grade-I, he retired from service on 31.05.2015 on attaining the age of superannuation. When the retiral benefits were not paid, he submitted a representation on 09.10.2015 to the 1st respondent, which was forwarded through the 2nd respondent. When the same was not considered, the present writ petition is filed.

In spite of granting time on number of occasions, no counteraffidavit is filed by the respondents.

In view of the same, this Court is constrained to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.10.2015 for payment of terminal benefits and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
