This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 21.01.2016, in Writ Petition No.1669 of 2016. At the hearing, the contemnor is personally present. Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that after the Contempt Case was adjourned, enquiry has been held and the admitted payments have been made to the petitioner.
