Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education, on instructions submits that the respondents 1 to 4 have not received any proposal for shifting the 5th respondent school to nearby existing BGR High School at Ieeja Village and Mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal District.

In view of the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education, the writ petition is premature and same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
