The petitioners assail proceedings dated 17/5/2007 as illegal and unconstitutional.

2. Through the impugned proceedings person in-charge was appointed under section 32 [7] A.P. Co-operative Societies Act, 1964.

3. Sri S. Laxminarayana Reddy, learned counsel submits that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition elections to the Managing Committee was conducted and the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

4. I have perused the proceedings dated 17/5/2007 and I am of the view that with the passage of time, the petitioners are not interested in working out the writ prayer.

5. The writ petition is dismissed 'for default'. No costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
