This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C. No.1021 of 2014 on the file of the court of II Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, Krishna District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.
