Sri L.V.S. Nagaraju, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the authorities and take recourse to appropriate remedies in the event there is any inaction on the part of the authorities thereon.

Leave granted.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
