It is stated by Sri Karri Murali Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the lis in the present writ petition is squarely covered by Common Orders passed by Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.3973 of 2007 and batch dated 02.03.2007 and the same is not disputed by Dr. Y.Padmavathi, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd and 3rd respondents. In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the aforesaid Common Orders in W.P.No.3973 of 2007 and batch dated 02.03.2007, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
