ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"to issue any a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent in not taking action preventing the 5th respondent from letting out the water from the water tank named 'Erra Cheruvu', Pedda Develapuram Village, Bandi Atmakur Mandal, Kurnool District as arbitrary, illegal and consequently, to direct the respondents to initiate action preventing the 5th respondent from letting out the water from the water tank named "Erra Cheruvu", Pedda Develapuram Village, Bandi Atmakur Mandal, Kurnool District in the interest of justice."
At the hearing, Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the above submission of the learned
counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 17.5.2012, in WPMP.No.18356 of 2012 is vacated and WPMP.No.18356 of 2012 is dismissed as infructuous.
