CVNR,J & GSP, J Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a writ of certiorari, calling for the records relating to F.A.S.R.No.7241 of 2017 on the file of State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission of Telangana, Hyderabad and set aside the order passed in F.A.I.A.No.680 of 2017 in F.A.S.R.No.7241 of dated 08.12.2017 and consequently condone the delay in filing the Appeal and direct the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission of Telangana to number the appeal and dispose the same on merits".

After arguing the case, Mr.Mahadev Anyarambhatla, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to his clients to approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. 3.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. 4.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is dismissed as infructuous.
