On 14.06.2019, this court passed the following docket order: "Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services - III stated that the order in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.16183 of 2018 dated 02.05.2018, has been complied with and placed the copy of the order of the 1st respondent, dated 27-04-2019. It is further stated that the copy of the order dated 27-04-2019 is also served on the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time for getting instructions.

Post on 18.06.2019 under the caption 'for orders'." When the matter is listed today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

Since the 1st respondent has considered the case of the petitioner and passed order in pursuance of the interim order of this court, I do not find any violation, and the contempt case is accordingly closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 27.04.2019 in accordance with law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
