i This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner/accused No.2 to grant permanent exemption of appearance of petitioner/accused no.2 with an appropriate direction or order that the presence of the petitioner/accused I No.2 at the time of trial may not be insisted upon the I dispensing the petitioner in pursuance of Spl.S.C.No.27 of 2012 on the file of the Special Court for Trial of Offences under SC&ST (POA) Act-cum-Vl Additional Metropolitan Sessions judge, Secunderabad.
