This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 437 & 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,' 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking regular bail to the petitioner/A1 in Crime No.353 of 2021 on the file of Golconda Police Station, Asif Nagar, West Zone, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 8 (c) read with Section 20(b)(ii)(B) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record. 3.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner/A1 was found in possession of 1.5 kgs. of Hash oil on 15.12.2021 at OU colony Y junction and the allegation is that he intended to sell the same to needy customers.

As seen from the record, the investigation is complete and charge sheet is already filed. The petitioner is also involved in another case in which he was granted bail. Since the investigation is complete, the petitioner can be granted bail subject to the following conditions: i. The petitioner/A1 shall execute personal bonds for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One lakh only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad at Nampally.

ii. The petitioner/A1 shall appear before the concerned trial Court on every date of hearing, without fail. iii. The petitioner/A1 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437 (3) of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
