After going through the papers it is noticed that pursuant to the order in OA No.8385 of 2011 passed by the AP Administrative Tribunal, the respondents passed an order on 25.01.2013 rejecting the case of the petitioner as per the Government Memo dated 17.08.2011. Without challenging the said rejection order, only the Government Memo is challenged in the present Writ Petition.

2. In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition challenging the order of rejection. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
