Heard both sides.

In the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice by the learned Public Prosecutor that police already filed final report in the said crime No.226 of 2016 of Humayun Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad, and the learned VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, has taken cognizance for the offences covered by the FIR by allotting C.C.No.100 of 2017. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed by left open all available defence and the remedy is available to the petitioner to impugn the police final report and the cognizance order with part II CD by fresh petition.
