CVNR,J & MSKJ,J TREVC No.63 of 2016 20.10.2016 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Tax Revision Case arises out of the order, dated 27.01.2014, in T.A.No.1117 of 2004 on the file of the Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, Visakhapatnam Bench, Visakhapatnam.

At the hearing, Smt.K.Uma, learned counsel for the petitioner, has fairly submitted that the issue raised in this case is covered on all fours by this Court's order, dated 03.08.2016, in T.R.C.No.54 of 2016, whereby the said revision case was dismissed confirming the order of the Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, Visakhapatnam Bench, Visakhapatnam, which is in identical terms with the order impugned in this revision petition. 3.

In the light of the above submission, this Tax Revision Case is also dismissed.
