THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Transfer C.M.P.No.101 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.680 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Judge, Family Court at Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District, and transfer the same to Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
