JUDGMENT

This appeal is filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 10.07.2012 passed in O.P.No.231 of 2010 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-XI Additional Chief Judge (FTC), City Civil Courts, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat passed an award, dated 10.02.2018 and hence, no further orders need be passed in this appeal.

In view of the said submission, the appeal is disposed of, in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat. The award shall form part of the record. There shall be no order as to costs.
