When the matters are taken up for hearing, counsel for the petitioners submitted that the issue raised in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.21795 of 2012 and batch, dated 09.11.2018, and contended that the present writ petition be dismissed in terms of the above said order. In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the common order dated 09.11.2018 in W.P.Nos.21795 of 2012 and batch, these writ petitions are dismissed at the stage of admission. No order as to costs.
