This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff, seeking a direction to the learned II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to dispose of I.A.No.1380 of 2017 together with I.A.No.1282 of 2017 in O.S.No.137 of 2017, pending on its file, expeditiously. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff and perused the record.

Both I.A.No.1380 of 2017 and I.A.No.1282 of 2017 in O.S.No.137 of 2017 pertains to the year 2017 and they are being adjourned for one reason or the other. There is no justification in granting adjournments in the aforementioned interlocutory applications.

Under these circumstances, the learned II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.1380 of together with I.A.No.1282 of in O.S.No.137 of 2017 pending on its file, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5 .

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
