Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has applied vide Application No.E/747/25804/2013 for regularization of the plot bearing H.No.2-23-223, in Plot No.339, admeasuring 201.66 sq yds in Sy. Nos.148, 158, 159, 160 and 161 situated at HMT Sathavahana Nagar, Kukatpally village and Municipality, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District pursuant to G.O.Ms.No.747 Revenue (UC-i) Department dt.18-06-2008 in the year 2013 before 2nd respondent, but no orders have been passed thereon by 2nd respondent. He states that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.24-04-2012 in W.P.No.5619 of 2012.

Having regard to the order passed in the above Writ petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider whether the plots claimed by the petitioner can be regularized under the Layout Regularization Scheme or not and pass appropriate order as per law within eight weeks and communicate the same to the petitioner. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
