I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 11.08.2025 in Crl.P.No.9826 of 2025.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was enlarged on bail vide order dated 11.08.2025 in Crl.P.No.9826 of 2025, and has complied with all the conditions imposed by this Court and has regularly appeared before the concerned SHO for a period of four weeks. He further submitted that the petitioner is currently suffering from a fragile health condition, accompanied by severe and persistent ailments, which have significantly impaired his ability to adhere to the reporting requirements. Therefore, he prayed for relaxation of the conditions.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is cooperating with the investigation conducted the Investigating Agency and requested the Court to pass appropriate orders.

Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.9826 of 2025 dated 11.08.2025, are hereby relaxed.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
