Yes/No THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.22751 OF 2015 ORDER:
The petitioner herein who had approached this Court earlier for a similar relief of reconvenance of the land in Writ Petition No.29345 of 2014, once again seeks to challenge the order of the 2nd respondent in rejecting his request for redelivery of possession. The same issue was urged by the then counsel appearing for the petitioner in WP.No.29345 of 2014 which was filed questioning the notice issued to the petitioner and the said writ petition was disposed of directing the Collector to consider the representation of the petitioner for assignment of alternative land. Very same petitioner has now filed the present writ petition questioning the order of the 2nd respondent rejecting the petitioner's request for redelivery of possession. Since this Court has already rejected such a request, the very same question cannot be reagitated in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand dismissed.
