THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.18687 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any action on petitioner's representation dt.27-4-2017 not to accord any multistoried building permission in the premises of 1-2-79/1, Kakatiya Nagar, Habsiguda, Hyderabad and as on day no action has been initiated by the 2nd respondent as arbitrary, illegal and in violation of principles of natural justice and be pleased to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner requested the Court to direct respondent No.2 herein to consider the representation, dated 27.04.2017, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, respondent No.2 is hereby directed to consider the representation, dated 27.04.2017, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
