Inumula Kuruna Sri v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20217 of 2012 ORDER:
As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 18.09.2015 and on 28.09.2015 the matter was directed to be listed to today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners either in the morning session or in afternoon session. Hence, heard learned Government Pleader for Revenue and perused the record. The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to demolish the compound wall built by respondent Nos.5 to 8 across the connecting main road of the petitioners in Sy.No.102, Nizampet Village.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions submits that pursuant to a report given, the compound wall has been demolished. In view of the representation of the Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petition, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. _________________________ JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR 30.09.2015 gkv
