ORDER:

The petitioner, who is working as Anganwadi Helper of Nakash Anganwadi Centre-2, ICDS Project, YSR Kadapa District, filed this Writ Petition feeling aggrieved by non-consideration of her case for being appointed as Anganwadi Worker in one of the 27 vacancies of the post of Anganwadi Workers notified for Kadapa Urban. In support of her plea that she is entitled for such consideration, she has placed reliance on Memo No.5771/K3/2006, dated 03.12.2010, wherein the Director of Women Development & Child Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, directed all the Project Directors to fill up the vacancies of Anganwadi Workers with eligible Anganwadi Helpers. The petitioner filed a copy of representation, dated 21.9.2015, made by her to respondent No.3 for her appointment as Anganwadi Worker.

In the light of the above facts, respondent No.3 is directed to consider the petitioner's case for appointment as Anganwadi Worker in terms of Memo No.5771/K3/2006, dated 03.12.2010, in one of the 27 Anganwadi Centres in Kadapa Urban notified on 06.10.2015.

Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.45544 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
