Ms.Lakshmi Kanakavalli, learned counsel, appearing for counsel for the petitioner, informs the Court that the matter has become infructuous, since the suit in O.S.No.133 of 2013 is already disposed of and thereby no further cause would survive in the writ petition.

Taking the said submission into consideration, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
