Smt. Mounika, learned counsel representing Sri P. Subash, learned counsel on record for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.

Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

The Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Criminal Petition in case the cause survives.

5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
