This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, assailing the order, dated 22.10.2013, of the learned II Additional District Judge (Judge, Fast Track Court), Mahabubnagar, passed in C.M.A.No.13 of 2011.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the dismissal of the suit for default by the trial Court on 30.06.2014, no cause survives for adjudication in this Revision and that therefore, the Revision may be dismissed as infructuous. 3 .

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
