Disposal of the writ petition however shall not come in the way of the petitioner for seeking renewal of licence, if he is holding any licence as on today. If any such application is made by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the concerned authority on merits in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
