After arguing the matter for considerable time, learned counsel for the petitioners requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Defence Authorities for obtaining 'No Objection Certificate' in terms of G.O.Ms.No.168, dated 07.04.2012.

The request to approach the Authorities is accepted. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that the application of the petitioners shall be considered on its merits and without reference to the dismissal of the present Writ Petition. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
