The relief sought for in this writ petition is to call for the records in Crime No.66 of 2015 on the file of Women Police Station, Warangal Urban and to quash the same as not maintainable and contrary to law.

Heard both sides.

The petitioners have got an efficacious alternative remedy under Section 482 Cr.P.C., if they are so aggrieved. Further, the complaint also does not disclose commission of any cognizable offence. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy in terms of Section 482 Cr.P.C.
