This petition is filed seeking for quash of the proceedings against the petitioners, who are A1 to A4, in Crime No.112 of 2013 on the file of Bomraspet Police Station, Mahabubnagar District. The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections 498A r/ w 34 IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2nd respondent. None appears for the 1st respondent in spite of notice.

The Public Prosecutor files a memo stating that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is also filed. 4.

Hence, in view of the above, the petitioners can file appropriate petition before the court below seeking for discharge and raise all the contentions before the court below. 5.

With the above observations, the Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
