Heard Sri Y.Ashok Kumar, party-in person, Sri P.S.Rajasekhar, learned Standing Counsel for TGPSC, for respondent No.1 and Sri S.Rahul Reddy, learned Special Government Pleader, for respondent No.2.

This application seeking review the common order dated 26.12.2024 in WP.No.23907 of 2024 passed along with WP.26038 of 2024 and batch.

Learned counsel for the respondents informed that the Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.2410 of 2025 filed against the order passed in WP.No.26038 of 2024 has already been dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

The petitioner-party-in-person submits that he could not place reliance on G.O.Ms.No.29, dated 08.02.2024, and the same was not available. Thus, on the ground of discovery of new and important document, the review can be entertained.

This Court dismissed the aforesaid batch of Writ Petitions and opined that since previous batch of writ petitions were dismissed on the ground of delay and such order of previous round is not interfered by the Hon'ble

OFFICE NOTE Supreme Court and there is no question of taking a different view and entertaining the second round of litigation, which is filed later in time. The present Writ Petition was also filed later in time. This Court dismissed the aforesaid batch of Writ Petitions by common order dated 26.12.2024. The S.L.P.No.2410 of 2025, as noticed above, has already been dismissed.

Thus, we find no reason to exercise review jurisdiction.

Accordingly, this Review Application is dismissed.
