Heard Sri Sridhar Lendalay, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Cooperation appearing for 1st respondent and Sri P.B.Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel for 2nd respondent.

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Special Registrar, Vallabhnagar, to cancel the registration of Sale Certificate done on 16-06-2005. 3.

I have already passed detailed order in W.P.No.18963 of 2005 making the said Sale Certificate subject to result in the final surcharge order which may be passed by 1st respondent. 4.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order in W.P.No.18963 of 2005. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
