HYDERABAD MAIN CASE NO: Crl.P.8664 of 2023 PROCEEDING SHEET 21.09.2023 KS,J IA.No.1 OF 2023 This application is filed seeking permission to post this petition under the caption 'for being mentioned' to enable the petitioner to seek correction/clarification of the order dt.15.09.2023 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.8664 of 2023. Learned Counsel for petitioner/A1 submits that this Court on 15.09.2023 passed order in Crl.P.No.8664 of 2023 granting regular bail to petitioner/A1; and that at fourth line of para 5(i) of the operative portion of the order, the name of the Court is wrongly typed as 'Principal District and Sessions Judge, Narayanpet' instead of 'Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Narayanapet'.

In view of the aforesaid submission, Office is directed to correct the Court name in fourth line of para 5(i) as 'Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Narayanapet' instead of 'Principal District and Sessions Judge, Narayanpet'.

Accordingly, the earlier order dt.15.09.2023 passed in Crl.P.No.8664/2023 stands corrected. Office is directed to issue corrected copy of the order.
