In this writ petition, interim direction was issued to restore the Director Identification Numbers (DIN) of the petitioners, who are the Directors in active company. 2.

Learned Asst. Solicitor General of India appearing for the respondent-authorities submits that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the DINs of the petitioners are restored and interim order of this Court is complied with.

In approval, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that inasmuch as the relief sought in this writ petition is achieved by way of interim order, no further orders are necessary and the writ petition be disposed of making the interim order as final order in the writ petition. Both the learned counsel agreed for disposal of the writ petition in terms of the interim order and compliance thereof.

Having regard to the fact that the DINs of the petitioners who are the Directors in active company are restored in pursuance of the interim order passed in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of making the interim order as final order in the writ petition.
