HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6534 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioner, who is accused in Crime No.46 of 2018 of Chityal Police Station, Bhupalpally Jayashankar District, filed the present application under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking enlargement on bail in the above crime, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354-D, 363, 506 I.P.C. and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. He is in judicial custody since 18.04.2018.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the F.I.R., remand report, bail application averments and Case Diary of the investigation so far done. 3.

A perusal of the Case Diary including statement of the victim no way deserves concession of bail to the petitioner that too, till filing of final report.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
