Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw these two criminal petitions with a liberty to pursue the Tr.Crl.P.Nos.308 and 309 of 2014 filed seeking transfer of both the cases at present and renew the present request at an appropriate time.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to renew the request at an appropriate time. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
