HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.24161 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus to declare inaction of respondent No.3 in taking action against respondent No.4 and his family members pursuant to the complaint dt.25.06.2019 made by the petitioner, as being arbitrary and illegal.

Heard Sri V. Satyam Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inspite of making a complaint dt.25.06.2019 against respondent No.4 and his family members and repeated visits to respondent No.3 - Police Station, the respondent authorities are neither registering any complaint nor taking any action against respondent No.4 and his family members.

A counter affidavit is filed on behalf of respondent No.3, wherein it is stated that the complaint dt.25.06.2019 claims to have been filed by the petitioner has not been received by respondent No.3. It is also stated that after filing of the writ petition, when respondent No.3 authorities tried to secure the presence of the petitioner to find out the facts relating to the above said complaint, the petitioner was not available at that point of time and hence it is stated that as and when the petitioner

TVK,J W.P.No.24161 of 2019 approaches respondent No.3 along with a complaint, the authorities will take appropriate action on the said complaint in accordance with law.

Having regard to the said submission made on behalf of respondent No.3, if the petitioner makes a complaint afresh, the authorities shall consider the same and act in accordance with law.

With the above observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
