However, Sri D.Kodandarami Reddy, learned counsel for respondents, would submit that the cross-objections have been filed in this matter. We, therefore, preserve liberty to the parties to prefer a proper appeal, for which purpose, they can legitimately claim set off in the matter of Court Fee, which has already been paid along with the present set of cross-objections.
