THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.11402 OF 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 10.06.2016, in W.P.No.18419 of 2016 of this Court and the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader. A copy of the said order is filed along with the writ petition as material paper. Following the said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also allowed, setting aside the impugned notice, dated 21.03.2017. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 10.06.2016, in W.P.No.18419 of 2016 to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
