This Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the order dated 11-08-2009 passed in MC.No.222 of 2007 on the file of Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of JHCBBC-CumAddl. Family Court-Cum-XXIII Addl. Chief Judge, Hyderabad. 2.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Mohd.Muzattu Ullah Khan, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 and Sri.S.Ganesh learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State are present.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has submitted that during the pendency of the revision case, the parties have settled the matter out of the Court and therefore, the revision case has become infructuous.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
