HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 479 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Smt. P. Vijayalaxmi, learned counsel holding for Smt. N. Shoba, advocate on record for the appellant, does not press this appeal and seeks liberty to the appellant i.e., respondent No.5 in the writ petition, to file reply to the writ petitioner's application, which has been directed to be decided on merits in the impugned order.
Writ appeal is disposed of as not pressed. It is open to the appellant to file reply to the writ petitioner's application within a period of four weeks from today. The concerned respondents shall consider the writ petitioner's application and the appellant's reply within a period of three months from today. The appellant is directed to communicate this order to the concerned authorities within a period of two weeks from today. It is needless to mention that if the writ petitioner's application has already been decided, this order shall not operate and in that event, it will be open to the appellant to challenge the order passed on the writ petitioner's application, if it is adverse to him, in appropriate proceedings. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand1 disposed of.
