ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.51 of 2018 of Rajapur Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 read with Section 34 IPC, against the petitioners/accused.

This petition is filed on 21.06.2018. The Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana submitted that the entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed by the date of filing the present petition and the same is registered as C.C.No.284 of 2018 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jadcherla and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet on appropriate application. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
