CVNR, J & GSP, J CMA.Nos.186 & 187 of 2006 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G.SHYAM PRASAD Civil Miscellaneous Appeal Nos.186 & 187 of 2006 COMMON JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Since both these appeals arise out of common judgment, they are heard and being disposed of together. CMA.Nos.186 and 187 of 2006 are filed against common order, dated 22.09.2005, in O.P.Nos.206 and 133 of 2003 respectively.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the parties. A perusal of the record shows that the Deputy Director, Mediation & Arbitration Centre sent his report, dated 22.08.2016, along with Mediator's report, wherein it is stated that mediation has been successful and that the appellant has filed memo, dated 07.06.2016, wherein it is stated that she is not willing to prosecute the two CMAs on merits as a settlement has taken place between herself and the respondent, who is her husband. The memo signed by the appellant is also enclosed to the report. In the light of the above facts, the CMAs are disposed of as settled out of Court.
