HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.6391 of 2010 ORAL ORDER:

This writ petition is filed, aggrieved by non consideration of petitioners for appointment as contract Junior Lineman. This Court by order dated 22.3.2010 in WPMP No. 8248 of 2010 directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners in terms of the judgment of the Division Bench in W.A No. 1434 of 2008 and batch dated 10.11.2009.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that in terms of the said direction, petitioners were considered for the post of contract Junior Lineman but they were not provided appointment on the ground that certificates produced by them are not genuine.

Therefore, the consideration was already made and in view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. If petitioners are still aggrieved, it is always open to them to work out the remedies as available in law. No costs.
