Heard Mr. K. Ramesh Babu for petitioner and Mr. M. Ravindra for respondents 1 to 4. .

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...to issue a writ, direction, order or orders more particularly one in the nature of writ of MANDUMUS declaring the action of the 4th respondent in resorting to disconnect power supply to petitioner's service connection bearing No. 6834024000001 of Tuvva Chilakarayudupalem Village, Lingapalem Mandal, West Godavari District as illegal, arbitrary, highhanded, ultra-virus, against to the principles of natural justice and violative of Article 19 (g) and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to disconnect power supply to the above service connection without following due process of law in the interest of justice..." 3.

Mr. M. Ravindra, after perusing the allegations in the writ affidavit and having regard to the photographs filed as Ex.P3, submits that the writ petition is, firstly, filed on an apprehension and secondly, as and when any action is required to be taken against the use or misuse of subject connection, the respondents will follow procedure, afford opportunity to petitioner and take necessary step as is warranted in the facts and circumstances of the case. The statement of Mr. Ravindra is accepted. Without examining the merits, the writ petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
