THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.23100 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the 1st petitioner died during the pendency of the Writ Petition, but petitioners 2 and 3, who are the sons to succeed to the 1st petitioner, are already on record.

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is only with regard to the non-issue of computer printouts and manual copies of Adangals of various extents of lands in different survey numbers belonging to the petitioners to enable them to obtain loan to raise crops. Therefore, the petitioners made a representation, dated 14.06.2013, to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kadapa Revenue Division, YSR Kadapa District, the 3rd respondent, and alleging inaction, the present Writ Petition is filed.

The 3rd respondent has already endorsed to the Tahsildar, Yerraguntla Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, the 4th respondent, on 20.06.2013 to process the request of the petitioners and take appropriate action. In spite of the same, the 4th respondent has not considered the petitioners request.

However, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that as and when the petitioners approach the 4th respondent, he shall look into their grievance and pass appropriate orders.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to approach the 4th respondent, who shall look into the petitioners'

representation and take appropriate decision in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
